Verb (वर्ब) - क्रिया
Verb is that word or group of words in the sentence that specifies the action taken or the state of the subject.
Verb वह शब्द या शब्दों का समूह है जो किसी व्यक्ति या वस्तु के सम्बन्ध में कुछ बताये या उनके द्वारा किये गये किसी कार्य को प्रकट करते हैं

Transitive verbs are those verbs which take an object along with them.
For example
Ram eats food.
जो क्रिया कर्म के साथ आती है, उसे सकर्मक क्रिया कहते हैं .
उदाहरण – राम रोटी खाता है।
Intransitive Verbs
Those verbs which do not need an object to accompany them are Intransitive verbs.
For example- The dog barks.
अकर्मक क्रिया के साथ कर्म नहीं होता तथा उसका फल कर्ता पर पड़ता है।
उदाहरण - राम गाता है।
